![]() Why not?!?! Well, because in my mind, I like lifting weights too much to eliminate that for 3 weeks. I’ve been working out at home with them since 2014! And I was super pumped when they announced they’d be coming out with a yoga-only program (yoga has been incorporated, mainly as “recovery days” in many of their other workouts). As a Beachbody coach, I am very familiar with most of Beachbody’s workout programs. ![]() ![]() So that’s why I decided to try Beachbody’s program, 3 Week Yoga Retreat. But admittedly – that’s not very frequently! Between my regular work schedule, my yoga and dance teaching schedule, and my other workouts, a personal yoga practice is something that unfortunately gets the short end of the stick. I am a yoga instructor and take the opportunity to practice on my own whenever I can.
